Be The Light
I’m excited to share one of my newest artworks, “Be The Light.” My connection to light reaches back to my very beginnings. I’ve always been drawn to its glow. For me, light stands for life itself – and for photography at its core. For this piece, I had an acrylic figure of Batman cut, placed it within its environment, and illuminated it from behind, letting the light define both form and meaning. I’m fascinated by how a single source of light in the darkness can soften the black and reveal all the hidden colors. Light creates space. Light is energy. You dissolve into the white – and you become free.
